“Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.” — Anaïs Nin

If you desire greater joy and satisfaction in life, I can help. I work with adults who want to address feelings of depression, problems with addictions, symptoms of anxiety, questions about faith, and longing for meaningful relationships. Time and time again within the counseling relationship, people with whom I work report feeling relief from disruptive symptoms and a renewed sense of confidence and inner peace.
